Boys' Cross Country

Are you ready to run??  Do you want to get into shape??  Do you want to
challenge yourself??  Do you want to push yourself to a higher level??

JOIN Boys' Cross Country!!!!  We are currently practicing on the front campus
everyday at 3pm.  You can find Coach Egan there during practice or in room
#506 during the school day.  It is not too late!!

We will work together as a team to build endurance, strength and speed.  As a
team, we will work on improving performance on a daily basis.  If you are not
an experienced runner, do not worry.  With each practice you will improve with
the help of your teammates and myself.  If you have any questions, please feel

Departure times are based on time athletes must be at Steinmetz to board
transportation to meets.  Late athletes will have to find their own
transportation to meets.  Return times are estimates of when athletes will
return to the school.  Exact return times are not available due to flexibility
of meet duration.  Practices are daily from roughly 2:45-4:30 at school or at
Riis Park.
