Morning Concert
When: Wednesday December 21, 2011
Call Time: 7 am
Students not present in room 400 for the 7:05 am warm up and run down will not be allowed to perform and therefore earn an “F” for the performance. If you have confirmed your sign up, we all will expect to see you there.
Dress: School uniform w/student I.D.’s. A Santa hat or antlers are acceptable accessories.
1. When you arrive BEFORE 7am, sign in.
2. Find your section and be ready to warm up by 7:05.
3. 7:20 we go down stairs to the foyer (by the Christmas trees).
4. Configure in our sections immediately.
5. Christmas Carols 7:25-7:55
Alternative Assignment: An alternative assignment will be issued for students who have opted not to perform and for students who have spoken with me on an individual basis. Students who have not spoken with me and opt not to attend the concert will receive and F. Students who attend the concert late will not be allowed to perform and unless otherwise discussed will not be allowed to complete the alternative assignment.
Evening Concert
When: Tuesday December 20, 2011
Call Time: 6:15 pm
Students not present in room (TBA) with music for the 6:20 pm warm up and run down will not be allowed to perform and therefore earn an “F” for the performance. If you have confirmed your sign up, we all will expect to see you there.
Dress: Concert black-nice black pants, skirt, or dress and a nice black shirt or blouse. A Santa hat or antlers are acceptable accessories.
1. When you arrive BEFORE 6:15pm, sign in.
2. Find your section and be ready to warm up by 6:20.
3. DO NOT SIGN IN AND THEN LEAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM.
4. Configure in your sections immediately.
5. Wait quietly and patiently until I tell you to line up for the stage.
6. You may leave after the performance.
