Please remember that the deadline for non-compliant students is October 15, 
2002.  If you have received a non-compliant letter from the Health Office, 
please comply as soon as possible, and return all documentated forms to the 
Health Services Office before the October 15th deadline.  Your cooperation in 
this matter would be appreciated.
