The homework for kindergarten is to have their library book read to them every night and return it the next day. Also, if your child practices a copied book in school, he/she is to practice reading it with you, have you sign it, and return it to school for a sticker. These books should then be saved at home in a box as independant reading material for your child. In addition, your child will occasionally bring home a class book with pages done by the whole class. This book has sight words that your child is learning to read. Please let your child read this book to you, you can sign the paper, and send it back the next day for another child to have a turn. Also, you can be playing the 100's game with your child by taking turns counting to 100 (one person does evens, and the other does the odds). If your child has mastered this, you can go to 200. Your child should be telling you about the events in school each day. If there is any additional homework to be completed at home, you will find it in your child's folder. Please check their backpack DAILY for homework, upcoming events, etc.
Or, would you like to view and optionally restore one of these previous versions?
