I began working as an aide with Chicago Public Schools 8 years ago. I
recieved my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Northeastern
Illinois University and have my Mastere in Curriculum and
Instruction from American College of Education. I am currently seeking my
Bilingual Endorsement from the same University.
I live in the Portage Park community with my husband Dennis, our children
Zachary (13) and Zoe (2) and our dog Daisy. I have 6 brothers and sisters
and have 14 nieces and nephews. I enjoy spending quality time with my
family and going on vacation.
My goal is to provide students wth the necessary tools and foundations to
become successful throughout their lives. I will attain this goal by
providing a safe and nurturing environment and incorporating diversity and
multiculuralism through families and community.
