Karen Grogan:
This is my seventh year teaching here at Woodland and I love the students, and
the faculty. I went to school at Grand Valley State University and became a
Certified Athletic Trainer. I went to UIC and received a second degree in
teaching. In December of 2005, I graduated with a Masters in Arts from St.
Xavier University. My husband Roger and I are the proud parents of Lee Thomas
who just turned one on Sept 20!
Jane Milani:
Hi! I'm in my 25th year of teaching and I continue to enjoy it each and every
day. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Carthage College and my
Masters of Education from National-Lewis University. I enjoy working with the
boys and girls; helping them to improve their physical skills and become a
team player.
Debbie Nemeth:
I have been a Physical Education teacher at Woodland for 12 years. I
graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in
Physical Education. In December of 2005, I graduated from St. Xavier
University with a Masters of Arts. I enjoy working with the students;
teaching them new games and activities, as I watch their progress.
Mr. Smith:
I have been teaching for 24 years in the Woodland District. I
specializied in Elementary Physical Education from Eastern Illinois
University. I have my Master's degree in Teaching and Leadership from St.
Xavier University. I have two daughters, 16 and 19 years old. My goal is to
have fun with the students while teaching them valuable life long skills.
To provide quality life long skills to all our students in a positive environment.
