What should I do if I will be picking my child up from school?
Send a note to school with your child giving the date and time you will be picking them up. If you forget to send a note, call the Woodland Elementary East office at (847) 984-8800 and let one of our secretaries know.Back to Top
Can I send birthday treats to school?
If you wish to send in a treat for your child's birthday, make sure it can easily be brought to the lunchroom to share with classmates. There needs to be one treat for each student. There are 20 students in our class.Back to Top

How do I get my child to complete homework without difficulty?
It is important to set up a homework area and schedule. Make sure the needed homework supplies are handy for your child to use. Some parents have their student complete homework right after school. Others give their child a break to unwind. Your student has been focusing all day at school and may need to relax.Back to Top
