Mission
Physical education at Forest Ridge Academy will prepare its students for life long fitness. The program will enhance the students' mental and physical acumen. Our program is based on the structure that our students will develop their five components of fitness. These components balance, endurance, flexibility, strength, and power are essential for students looking to achieve success in athletics, lifelong and functional fitness. While increasing their physical abilities they will also increase their knowledge of a variety of team and individual activities. We will always encourage leadership, sportsmanship, and participation from each student.
