I have been teaching at Forest Ridge Academy for eight years. I
previously taught computer classes in North Royalton, Ohio for fourteen
years. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State
University. I also attended Cleveland State University and John Carroll
University to complete my certification in computers. I believe education is
a life long process and I continually attend technology and education
workshops, seminars and conferences.
Here are some of my career highlights:
* Development and implementation of interdisciplinary computer
curriculum.
* Implementation of the Forest Ridge Academy laptop program for
grades 5-8.
* Diocesan Teacher of the Year (1999-2000) in Cleveland, Ohio.
* Times Newspaper- Teacher of the Week in the fall of 2001.
I am looking forward to an exciting year of learning with the students of
Forest Ridge Academy!
