The students in 1st-3rd attended a field trip to the Morton Arbortetum. They
spent a very windy day learning and enjoying this beautiful park. They
learned about how trees make great homes for many different animals. They
had time to interact with each other and all of the many activities in the
Children's Garden. They pumped water, climbed a child size spider web,
played music on musical flowers, crawled under a root sytem, and hopped
across a pond. Everyone had a great time and learned someting new.
