 Spring Program--Awesome job 4th Graders!  I loved the program!  I will remember it as a very special time in my life when I had the privelege to teach such a special group of boys and girls.   Thank You! 

  Summer Tutoring---Mrs. Halterman will be available this summer for tutoring.  If you are interested in a tutoring program for your child, please contact Mrs. Halterman here at school.  You can send a note with a phone number where she can contact you.  She will get back with you.

  Field Day---On Thursday, May 30, FES will be having their Field Day events.  Field Day will start with the opening ceremony at 8:00, and the 4th grade events will be from approximately 8:30-11:30.  A reminder that lunch will only be served to students on that day.

  T-Races---Congratulations to our two T-Race representatives, Ella Virt and Haiden Rose.  Ella made a valiant effort in Multiplication, and we are very proud of her.  Haiden was the winner of the 4th Grade round and also the overall school winner.  He really knows how to compete in this competition.  Congrats, Haiden!  (And, of course both of these students managed to take down their teacher!)

  Reading Counts---Students are required to pass two Reading Counts tests each 9 weeks grading period.  These books should be in the child's lexile range.  This range was figured during the Fall NWEA Reading test.
