My name is Mrs. Davis. I have been a teacher at Good Shepherd for 9 years.
I graduated from Memorial High School in 1993. I attended the University of
Southern Indiana and received a bachelor's degree in elementary education
with a minor in PE. After graduating college, I worked at the Knight Township
Assessors office for two years. I then got my lucky break and became a
teacher at GSS.
I have two older brothers and two older sisters. Sports always have and
always will be a big part of my family's lives. All of us children played
sports growing up and some into the college years. My sport of choice was
soccer. I played varsity soccer for four years at Memorial High School
where I was a part of two State Championship teams. Those are two of the
most memorable moments in my life. We are all still involved in some way
with sports today. I also enjoy watching sports as well as playing them.
My favorite teams to watch are St. Loius Cardinals, Indianapolis Colts, IU
basketball, and Notre Dame football.
Another great moment in my life was when I got married July 2, 2005. My
husband and I do not have any children yet, but we do have a chihuahua,
Nillie, weighing in at 5 lbs. She was born on April 16, 2007, and she keeps
us very busy.
Always give one hundred percent even when no one is watching. Always have a
kind word to say, always have faith in God, and you will have success.
