About The Teacher
My name is Mrs. Girten. This is my sixth year to teach at Good Shepherd School. I have taught in the Diocese of Evansville for 13 years. I also taught at St. Philip School and Holy Rosary School. I graduated from Reitz High School. I then received bachelor's and master's degrees from USI. I have been married for 15 years. My husband and I have 3 wonderful children that keep us very busy. Sam is 14, Jacob is 11, and Clare is 8. We belong to Holy Rosary parish. I am looking forward to a great school year.
