Mrs. Stacy
Mitchell Elementary
3rd Grade
I graduated from Pike High School in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1992. I went
on to Ball State University where I graduated with a degree in elementary
education with an endorsement in reading. Later I earned a Master's degree
in elementary education with a focus in technology.
While I was at Ball State, I worked for the men's basketball coaches as a
student secretary. I met my husband, Bob Stacy, while I was working there.
He was a student manager for the team. My husband and I married in December
of 1995. Bob is from a small town near Goshen, Indiana called Millersburg.
He teachers high school history at Wes-Del High School.
I started working for Muncie Community Schools in 1998. I have worked in
Claypool Elementary, Longfellow Elementary, and Mitchell Elementary. In
addition to teaching third grade, I have taught a three/four split fourth
grade, first grade, four/five splits, and I have been a reading teacher.
My husband and I enjoy traveling. Our favorite places to go are Tennessee
and Florida. I also LOVE to read and scrapbook. I have tried to combine
my love of reading, technology, scrapbooking, and working with elementary
students through this site. I hope you enjoy browsing!
