Meet Mrs. Dill

Hello!  My name is Robyn Dill.  I am a Second Grade Teacher at Northwestern Elementary School in Kokomo, Indiana.  2009-2010 will begin my 25th year of teaching.  I consider myself very lucky to be able to go to a job that I love everyday.  I have been married for 24 years and have two children.   Here are a few interesting facts about myself:
I graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Learning Disabilities.  I attended Butler University and Indiana University at Kokomo to complete my Masters Degree in Elementary and Special Education.  I have taught for three different school corporations.  I taught Special Education for 3 years, 15 years teaching first grade, and will be starting my 7th year teaching second grade.

I Love to ....... spend time with my family, read, drink coffee, have lunch with
friends, garden , watch old movies, laugh a lot, travel, read, and drink more coffee!  My family enjoys hiking, snow skiing, and spending time outdoors together.

For all who travel through my classroom; students, parents, visitors, or teachers, I hope you find it to be a place of creative learning, and respect, touched by love, to create an environment in which everyone is acknowledged for the gifts they bring into this world.
