Grain

CONGRATULATIONS, you have selected the grain group. Just follow the 
directions below and find out fascinating, useful information about the grain 
group.

Go to the first link:
Find at least 6 different names of foods that belong in the grain group and 
draw them using the supplies in the classroom (crayons, markers, colored or 
white paper etc.).
Also find out why we need foods from the grain group.  (In other words, what 
do the foods from the grain group give us?)  Record this on a piece of note 
book paper.

Find out the daily serving size amount for children ages 4-8 years old.  
How much of the grain group do you need inorder to have balanced, healthy 
eating habits.
