Each team will be given six class periods to complete the task.
Day 1/Day 2: Each member of the team will use these two days to research
information over the internet. Each member will need to find information
that pertains to their specific roles and write a brief summary about the
information they found.
Day3/Day 4: Each member will need to take the information they found and use
the apporpriate computer programs to incorporate it. For example, the
accountant will use excel and the civil engineer will use a CAD program.
Day 5/Day 6: The group will get together and organize their information into
a presentation to present to the Board of Public Works. Each member will
have to practice their part of the presentation and make sure they know all
their information. At the end of the 6th day they will present it to a group
of
city officials.
