Title of the complete work (title of web page, for example) underlined (period)
Name of the sites editor with "Ed (period)"
Version or file number (if applicable) and or document date typed as: 04 Feb. 2008 (period)
Name of the organization responsible for the site (period)
Date you accessed the information typed as: 04 Feb. 2008
Entire protocol and address (between karats) (period)

When you type in the protocol and address, you should use the entire address.
Sometimes it can be really long, and you may need to break at the end of a line. If you
do, make sure you add no hyphens when the break occurs, because your reader may
try to type the hyphen in as part of the URL, which will result in errors.
