About The Teacher
Mrs. Gehring (K-2) Mrs. Dockemeyer (3-8) Mrs. Gehring has been here for at least fifteen years and Mrs. Dockemeyer has been at St. Joe for eleven. Both love computers and each has their specialty areas. Mrs. Dockemeyer loves anything networking or involving communication and is always checking out the newest and coolest equipment and technologies. Her teaching education is in Computer Networking. She is the network administrator and technology coordinator for St. Joe. She really enjoys helping the students and teachers and collaborating with other subjects to create great projects. Mrs. Gehring has a deeply rooted background in research and reading. Her teaching education is in Library Studies and she is also the Media Specialist at St. Joe. If you need to know anything about anything Mrs. Gehring can find it. She loves the social networks and takes great pride in being the database admin for St. Joe.
Mission Label:
Mission
To teach the students to choose and use appropriate technology for specific purposes. Students will learn to advocate and apply positive social and ethical behaviors when using technology. The students will become effective communicators through a variety of appropriate technologies/media that will prepare them for high school, college and beyond.
