6th grade in class: Students finished the in class portion of the Geo Bee. Students spent some time
studying for their map quiz on ancient Greece. Students took notes and discussed the basics on
Greek mythology.

7th grade in class: Students received their Modern Middle East quizzes back. We went over the
answers and students had time to ask questions. We began the in class portion of the Geo Bee

8th grade in class: Students had a few minutes to work on their Rev. War Journals. Students
continued to read/take notes/discuss the events leading up to the Declaration of Independence
(book pgs 176-181)

words: Mt. Olympus and polytheistic. Students took notes on the 12 major gods and goddesses of
Mt. Olympus and learned about the Greek creation story.
