Happy Advent! We hope you enjoyed the Advent papers we sent home last week.
They included ideas that your family might want to use at home. Our
classroom has an Advent wreath. You might want an Advent wreath or calendar
at home.
We will be celebrating the Feast of St. Nicholas on December 6th. Since we
are not in school then, we will celebrate on Monday, December 7th. According
to tradition, we will leave our shoes out for St. Nick to leave small treats
or surprises. We think we have been very good!
We need our buttons by next week. We need 2 large buttons that match. Then
there is one medium size button. Finally we need 4 or 5 smaller buttons.
Black works nicely for this. Thank you!
