ALL GRADES: Book report is due on the last school day of each month.
6th Grade

Book Report
End of every month a book report is due. There is a form they
can fill out or they can use a separate sheet of paper. But, the information
from the handout Must be on the paper. People are not using the form which
is fine; however, DONOT make the report longer than one page. It will NOT be
graded if it is.
