About The Teacher

I graduated from IUPUI in Indianapolis with a Physical Education degree and 
a 
minor in Adapted Physical Education.  I strive for lifelong fitness, not 
everyone in my classroom is a Mia Hamm or a Michael Jordan.  I am married 
and 
have 2 children Cameron and Logan and I also have a stepson Dalton.  We as a 
family enjoy spending time together and camping.

Mission For The Class

For everyone to come away this year with learning how to take better care of 
their body and mind.  You don't have to be a superstar athlete to be fit.  I 
want everyone to learn how to take what they have and expand.
