Winning Submissions
Please join our students in praying for an increase in vocations.
First Place: Kathryn Hampshire
Dearest Jesus.
You started your ministry on earth and left leaders for your Church. These
leaders are whom we look to for guidance from Your Father. Now we are in need
of more leaders in Your Holy Church. Priests, Nuns, Deacons and Monks to labor
for Your ministry and spread the faith. Please help to increase the religious
vocations in our Holy Church. With your help, anything can be accomplished.
Amen
Second Place: Nicole Kuhlman
Father,
You realize more than the rest of us how much there is a need for priests and
nuns. Please give us the grace to hear and follow your will. The choosing of
the consecrated life is a huge decision and commitment that requires your
strength and guidance.
In your name we pray,
Amen
Third Place: Jamie Guangco
God we pray for an increase in Vocations.
Let this prayer spread throughout this nation.
That we may have deacons, priests and nuns.
Not just one but tons.
May your wisdom fill their heart.
Never letting them come apart.
Make them an image of you.
So they can speak your words loud and true.
People with a strong voice
So they can lead us to make the right choice.
Take this prayer into consideration.
Let it be heard throughout the nation.
Amen
Honorable Mention: Stephanie Droll
Come Holy Spirit,
enlighten the chosen,
so they might
have the grace to recognize their calling.

them through every obstacle,
so all those who are called
reach and fulfill

of loving dedication and service
to Christ and
all His Church.
Amen
