About The Teacher
Hi! This is my 16th year at Cure. I have taught 2nd grade for fourteen years and previously taught first grade. I grew up in Lenexa and went to Holy Trinity Grade School along with my 2 brothers and 2 sisters. We are all graduates of the University of Kansas(Go Hawks!). In my free time, I enjoy going to the Lake of the Ozarks with my husband and our cat Tino. I also enjoy spending time with our eight nieces and nephews. We have a great niece on the way this fall.

Mission
Second grade is such an important year. My goal for my students is to help instill in them a greater understanding of their Catholic faith as we prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist. I also hope to help them develop a love of learning in an environment that is safe and nurturing.
