Make It/Take It Workshops are an opportunity for parents (or grandparents,
aunts, uncles, etc.) to come and spend a little time in the kindergarten
classroom. Once a month, you are invited to come and make a game with your
favorite kindergartner. The game can be taken home to review skills we are
working on at school. We typically finish the activities early so you and
your kindergartner can have time to look at other things in the classroom as
well. It is a great opportunity to spend a little time with your favorite
kindergartner and to meet other kindergartners and their families as well.
Due to the "hands on" nature of these workshops, we do ask that you make
other arrangements for younger siblings.
Our next Make It/Take It Workshop will be held on Thursday, December 10. We
will listen to a story and work on an art project to go with the story. As
always, the morning workshop will be held at 10:45 and the afternoon workshop
will begin at 2:50.
