I've been a Registered Nurse since 1962. I've worked in a variety of
settings, including - Emergency Room, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical,
Intnesive Care Unit, Chemical Dependency Unit, Geriatrics & School Nursing!
I have 8 children 7 of whom are married. I also have 18 grandchildren. My
kids & grandkids are spread out in several states - Nebraska, Nevada &
Wisconsin.
I moved to Wellington in May of 1998 & began working at USD 353 August 2000
as the Special Education Nurse for all 7 USD353 School Buildings!
I now work in the Middle School, Lincoln & at the Roosevelt attendance
center, providing nursing services to Regular & Special Education Students &
their families.
Be an advocate for and Promote & Monitor the Health & Wellness of our
Students. Work with Parents/Guardians on issues related to Student Health.
Promote Health & provide Medical & Health Information to our Staff.
