9 weeks are over! We started the new grading period on Tuesday. Grades will
be posted this weekend. Reports will be given out Monday night at Parent
Conferences. We hope everyone will be able to attend. The conferences run
from 5-7 Monday night. No appointments are needed, just show up!
Fall Festival is tomorrow night, Friday, Oct. 16th from 5-8. We are having a
cake walk, chili supper, haunted house, games, and of course the auction. We
would love to have several hundred show up for this yearly event. It will be
too cold to do much outside, so come support BMS at the Fall Festival.
Students are getting in a poor habit of not turning in work. I told them at
the start of the week and have remind them daily that if they miss an
assignment, they will be given detention. I hope this will detour them from
not doing their work as everything I give is practice or review. Please ask
you student nightly about assignments.
I apologize for not being on top of getting homework posted nightly. Up
until this week it has mainly been to work in their composition notebooks.
Unfortunately this was the main homework issue, they were not doing any of
their reflections.
