Ms. Voegele will offer confidentiality training to anyone planning on being
involved at Locust Grove for any reason this year. All parents, guardians and family members
(aunts, uncles, grandparents) must attend this training in order to participate in school
activities (volunteering in classrooms, the library, chaperoning field trips, attending
classroom celebrations, working at field day in June, eating lunch in the cafeteria, etc.).
Confidentiality is extremely important at Locust Grove. The training is brief, but essential
if you plan on being involved at our school (and we would love your help!).
Ms. Voegele will offer 8 dates for the trainings this school year. Please plan on attending
and don't forget to sign the "Sign-In" sheet. A list of names will be provided to
teachers/staff of those who have completed the training. It also must be conducted each school
year.
If you are unable to attend one of the training dates, please contact Ms. Voegele. Eventually,
she will have the confidentiality training video copied onto the desktop of one of the library
computers. Parents will be welcome at any time to come watch the video. Until then, contact
Ms. Voegele to send the confidentiality training DVD for you to watch at home.
