This is a comprehensive course covering many topics related to Family & Consumer Sciences. Students in this course will have the opportunity to study topics such as nutrition and food preparation, basic clothing maintenance, goal setting, decision making, study skills, and time management. Students will operate Redhound Catering, a school based enterprise.

Leadership development will be provided through co-curricular activities with FCCLA.
