Swamp is open Monday through Friday on school days from 2:00-6:00 and on non-school days from 7:00-6:00.
Our philosophy:
The Goshen Elementary SWAMP Enrichment Program for Gators has a basic philosophy. Our philosophy is to nurture and develop the whole child, which will lead to the promotion of positive human relationships by meeting physical, social, intellectual and emotional needs of each child. We recognize the importance of providing children with the best possible opportunities to grow into healthy, well-adjusted adults. We believe that the nurturing and
education during the hours in a childcare setting, away from family, should be similar to that of the home environment. The Swamp Enrichment Program will strive to provide a safe, relaxed atmosphere that is conducive to positive growth, by meeting the needs of the whole child.
Goshen Elementary’s Mission Statement is:

Goals of the SWAMP Enrichment Program:1. To provide a quality, developmentally appropriate childcare program at a reasonable cost and in a convenient location.
2. To provide a safe, relaxed atmosphere for recreation, creativity and socialization to each child regardless of race, income, creed, or ethnic origin.
3. To provide enrichment services, which will afford learning experiences, promote artistic endeavors and provide for the development of the whole child.
4. To provide a “learner -centered” environment, and atmosphere of mutual respect, and opportunities to promote life-long learning through meaningful real-life experiences.
