Announcements

Hello, Highland Middle families and friends!

Congratulations Lee Hagan

Lee's t-shirt design was selected by the National FOP Auxiliary to memorialize fallen peace officers.  These shirts will be sold in Washington DC during Police Week and will also be presented to Malia and Sasha Obama.  Proceeds benefit the National Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial. On May 15th, 166 officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in 2011, will be added to the memorial walls.

SBDM Results

Lynn Greene and Annett Rose were elected to the SBDM council for the 2012-2014 school years.

Market Day

Thanks for your support of Market Day.  Because of your support the PTSA raised $1404.42 that we were able to use to support the programs and activities at HMS.  If you have never tried Market Day food make sure you do next year.  It is really tasty!

Box Tops!

Keep saving those Box Tops.  You can send them in at any time.  And keep saving them this summer as well!

Volunteer Pool

There are lots of ways to volunteer – both during the day and at night.  If you would like to be a part of the volunteer pool next year, send an email to Melanie.bunger@insightbb.com.  Once a week you will receive an email detailing the upcoming opportunities.  You only need to respond if it matches your interest and schedule.  This is an easy way to be involved!
