Week of December 14-18 This week we will be focusing on poetry. Homework: All classes Continue independent reading, even though I will no longer check minutes and signatures. Be prepared Friday for a conference or thinking strategy exit slip on your weekly reading. Due Wednesday/Thursday: Typed Draft 2, Poem. We will have some time in class to type Wednesday and Thursday. All 2nd drafts are due by the end of the day Thursday. Friday, students will work on creating poems using words and letters from magazines. Please send in school appropriate catalogues or magazines that you would otherwise throw away!! Happy holidays and see you next year!!
