We're in the final stretch and 3E students are preparing to cross the grade 3
finish line. Here are a few dates and activities planned for May.
Miss Ashley will continue to present the Jr. Achievement program on Our
Community on May 7, 14, and 21.
The Career Week information sheet will be in the May 6 Wednesday folder. Each
student will be expected to make a presentation. Your student will be given
an exact date for their presentation at a future time.
Please support the Hand in Hand campaign starting May 18. St. Martha students
have an excellent history of collecting money for this worthy endeavor.
In order to print the individual awards for the Reading Counts points, the
cut off date will be May 19. Most students have reached the goal of 50 points
by May. . . . many have exceeded that goal. . . . Congratulations to all for
a job well done.
The science test on the Water Cycle is May 6. The introduction to Rocks and
Minerals will follow. Rock collections will be gladly received in appropriate
containers or bags.
