I am entering my 7th year teaching. I have taught 1st grade at Vine Grove Elementary School for the last 5 years. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master’s degree in Social Work and Bellarmine University with a Master’s in Teaching. I am a native of Hardin County and has been married for 11 years. She has one daughter, Ryann, who is 5 years old. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and cheering for U of L.

I am entering my 9th year of teaching. This will be my 8th year at Vine Grove Elementary. I live in Green County. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Tim for 8 years. We have a very energetic 2 1/2 year old son, Landon. He has been such a blessing to our lives. I attended Campbellsville University where I received my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and my Master’s in Special Education. I received my Rank I from NOVA Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, majoring in Curriculum and Instruction.

I am excited to be your child's first grade teacher! This is my 2nd year teaching at Vine Grove Elementary. However, this is my 6th year being a techer. During this time I have taught Pre-K and first grade. I graducated from Cameron University with my elementary education degree and from East Central University with my masters in Library and Media degree. My huband and I are from Daytona Beach, Florida; however, we have been stationed in Oklahoma at Fort Sill since 1999. My husband was deployed four times and I have stayed in Oklahoma last year when we moved to the Fort Knox area. We have been married 11 years and have two children (Kaycee age 10 and Kaleb age 6). I love teaching and enjoy using technology in my classroom everyday.
Mrs. Cecil
I am entering my 11th year of teaching at Vine Grove Elementary. I love in LaRue county with my husbad Pat. We have 3 wonderful children. Joshua is attending ECTC, Brandon is a 6th grader at LaRue County Middle School, and Allie is a first grader at Abraham Lincoln Elementary. I attended Western Kentucky where I recieved my bachelor's in elementary education and my rank II. In 2010, I recieved my National Board Certification in Literacy.
