Dear Pit Crew Families-
II hope everyone kept warm of the weekend! The Pit Crew was so excited to
seed snow on Friday! We were sad it was too sad to have our Hullabloo- but
we loved running around for a few minutes in the snow before 3:00 PM! This
week will be a busy week for the Pit Crew! Some of the Crew had a really
hard time settling down and back into our routine! Please discuss the
importance of staying on green over the next few weeks! The letter for the
week is Kk and we have a lot of fun Christmas activities planned. In math,
we will begin our Measurement unit- please send an EMPTY wrapped boxed with
your child’s name labeled by Friday! We will use it for our measurement unit!
I have a lot of fun cooking, craft and center activities planned over the
next 2 weeks. We need the following items- Bag of Plain Christmas M &M’s,
Bag of Plain M &M’s, Box of Graham Crackers, Bag of Red Hots, Milk Chocolate
Chips, Pretzel Sticks and Sprinkles for cooking activities. We need
Christmas Wrapping paper for our Wrapping Paper Center. Target has some
great wrapping paper in the Dollar Spot- I bought 3 rolls for the center-
they are the perfect size for the Pit Crew to manage.
Pit Crew Hugs to all the parents that signed up to volunteer in our classroom
over the next 2 weeks!
Pit Crew hugs to Amelia’s, Heaven’s Anna Claire’s, Phillip’s, Rylan’s,
Rivers’, moms and to Addison’s dad for helping us on our Sci-port field
trip! The Pit Crew had a blast!! Pit Crew Hugs to those that have already
sent in their Johnny’s Pizza donation. I am sending home an envelope and
permission slips home today!! Please send the donation and slips back as
soon as possible.
The Pit Crew will go to the Bass Pro Shop and Johnny’s Pizza on Thursday! We
would love for you to join the fun- we will leave at 8:30 and return at
12:30!
Reminder- Johnny’s Pizza night is Tuesday 5:00-8:00 PM and Family Fun Movie
Night is Thursday night! The fun will begin at 6:30 PM! Hope to see you
there!!
Please make sure you are labeling your child’s jackets, coats and sweaters.
This will help me make sure everyone is wearing their jackets home every day!
