* Spelling test Unit 14 is same as usual.
* We are reading on "Kid Reporters at Work". We will work on prefixes,
suffixes, summarizing, dialogue.
*We will study the 8 facts this week, and we will have a
speed test on Friday.
* New AR goals have been given.
* In science we are working on Chapter 4, which is study of the human
body.
* Social studies we will study Ne history and begin studying things
like the Declaration of Independence, and the beginnings of our government.
*Reflections contest is coming along well. We should be ready to burn
CD;s this week.
* Children have chosen their biography, and their project type, now its
time to read, we went to computer lab and they have done some research. All
materials are in their comp. lab folder.
* We began writing a comparative essay with a math theme, it is due
Friday.
*The kids are improving dramatically with mult. skills, keep up the
studying! Almost everyone made A's last week in 5 minutes or less.....
* We'll start working on making the Native American homes and the other
work.
