As a parent, how do I prepare my student for the LEAP test?

Make sure every night, at least 30 minutes is dedicated towards 
your child ��
academically! Make sure you know what he/she is doing in school, 
review ��
tests and assignments, as well as review the references provided 
for LEAP ��

How will my son/daughter be rewarded for individual positive discipline?

- Auction $ (given out each week--E= $5.00/ S= $3.00��

What are the steps for recieving consequences?

1. Verbal Warning��
2. Recess Detention- 3rd= Thursday Detention��
3. Time Out- sent to another class to write an essay on their 
behavior---��
will not recieve credit for work missed in class!��

How do I keep track of my students progress and school work?

1. Take-Home Folder (graded papers go out every Friday and are to 
be ��
returned signed (each test) by the following Friday. ��
2. STI-if you don't have an STI password/user ID, call the school 
board to ��
obtain yours. This will allow you access to each grade your child 
has ��
recieved, as well as an average of their weekly grades. ��
3. This website- it will allow you to keep track of their 
homework and ��
upcoming tests for that week. I update almost daily!
4. Morlier's Messages- goes out every Monday! Post on 
Refrigerator each week!

When are your conference times?

If you would like to schedule a conference, the best thing to do 
is to send ��
me an email (yvette.morlier@stpsb.org). My conference times are 
Mondays at 2:45-3:30.
