Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope you had a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! It was certainly
restful having 16 days off! Thank you again for the lovely gifts. I was
overwhelmed! :-)
We are now starting the third nine week marking period. This is the when we
kick into high gear! Please know that we will be working especially hard in
preparation for the LEAP test. We will be doing LOTS AND LOTS of writing! I
am even considering having parent/child writing workshops after school at
least a couple of times. Any input on this would be appreciated. I'll keep
you posted!
Know that your child will have homework every night but Fridays. Continue to
check your child's planner for assignments and notes from me.
