Our Family Turkey Project is due November 17th. Please check with your
child about this fun way to make an "A" in social studies.
Geography of the Week and Math problem of the week are also due on
Friday. They do receive a grade. Please review them with your student.
*Sign Assignment pad daily. Check for updates. Check work. Review with your
child.
There are also a few things in the Handbook that you shuold be familiar with:
" Bathroom procedures ensure the safety of all students as well as
maximize instructional minutes. Students who have a doctor’s note will be
allowed to go to the bathroom at times other than designated bathroom
breaks."
"Parents joining their student for breakfast or lunch with fast food items
brought in will be asked to eat with their child at one of the picnic tables
in the courtyard or in a separate designated place in the cafeteria. "
" Snacks are only allowed in classrooms at the teacher’s designated
snack time. Items not allowed as snacks are carbonated drinks, sunflower
seeds and ramen noodles. Candy (including suckers) and Gum are not allowed
for any reason (including a reward incentive). Snacks will not be allowed
into the cafeteria or taken onto the playground after lunch.
Water bottles and/or containers of any liquid will no longer be
allowed on campus. "
