When do test folders go home?
Test folders go home on Fridays.
Test folders will not go home on the Friday before a long holiday.
When are test folders due back to school?
Test folders are due back on Wednesday, but try to have them in as soon as
possible.
Is there a Science or Social Studies Fair this year?
Yes. There is a Science Fair on January 26, 2009. Student projects are due
on Tuesday, January 18. The students will present them before putting them
in the gym for display.

What is AR?
AR is a program designed for students to read books on thier reading level.
After your child reads a book, he/she will take a quiz to test their
comprehension. Depending on your child's score, they will receive points
that will count towards their 9 week goal.
The amount of points that your child must earn in a 9 week period depends on
their reading range. For your child to earn all of his/her points, he/she
must participate in silent reading daily in class AND read at home daily as
well. This will ensure that your child will meet their intended goal!
Do you have a certain time or day of the week for conferences?
No. I will arrange to meet with parents according to our schedules.
When is P.E., music, etc.?
Music-twice a week
P.E.-twice a week
Library-once a week
Guidance-every other week
When is lunch?
11:00-11:20
Please bring a healthy snack and water for recess.
