ELA: Unit 3 Description
Sharing ideas is a unit where students will use listening and sensory skills
to create mental pictures for comprehension.They will develop writing skills
to share their ideas with their peers. Students will use the conventions of
print and language to communicate with others.
Enduring Understandings:
* Listening to others can help me learn new things.
* I communicate to understand others.
* I communicate to help others understand me.
Essential Questions:
* Why is it important to listen to others?
* How do looking, listening, speaking, reading, and writing help me
understand others?
