Please do daily with your child:
-Have your child read the highlighted vocabulary words in the homework
folder. Put the words on flash cards.
-Have your child read the take-home stories to you.
-Practice reading, spelling, and writing the spelling words daily. Take a
practice spelling test at home.
-Complete any worksheets in the front pocket of the homework folder.
Correct, sign, and return them the following day.
-Remove all papers from the back pocket of the homework folder, go over them
with your child, correct them, and keep them at home.
-Check the Black and White Composition Book for notes.
