What type of documentation is accepted to excuse my child's absence?

We accept two types of documentation
1.  a doctor's note
2.  a dated note from a parent with a reasonable excuse (ie:  
running fever,
vomiting, death of an immediate family member, etc.).

Please send in lunch money on Monday's in an envelope with your 
childs name, teacher, and lunch number.
