Reading Renaissance Program
Reading Renaissance is program designed to improve reading achievement, through the use of Accelerated Reader (AR) books. Each school day, students will read to/with someone, or read independently for at least 30 minutes. Students will work at their own reading level, and will be quizzed on each book read. Parents will receive data showing how the student is progressing every 9 weeks. Students achieving their goals will be rewarded. At the end of each quarter, students who have met all 3 goals will receive a pizza party. The 3 goals they are to meet are their point goal, percent correct goal, and book level goal.
