| Announcements:
Thank you for all of my Teacher Appreciation cards! They were so sweet!
▪Please send in a topping for ice cream sundaes on Friday. We are making
sundaes with our fourth grade buddies. I will send a reminder home on
Thursday.
▪The last day of school is Wednesday, May 21, 2008. This will be a half day
for students.
▪Each child needs to send in a plastic bag so that we can send all of their
supplies home.
Skills and Activities for the Week:
We will continue to learn all about dinosaurs this week. Our non-
fiction stories will teach us basic dinosaur facts. We will be introduced
to vocabulary such as extinct, carnivore, herbivore, paleontologist, and
fossil.
I am working on end of the year assessments. Report cards will go
home next week.
In Math we will review graphing, addition, subtraction, counting,
and coin value/identification. These skills will be revisited throughout
the remainder of the year.
