Homework for November 16-20, 2009
Monday: Review last week’s vocabulary words for Book3, Week 1’s story
(these words are in your child’s folder.) Complete Math page. Study for
spelling test on Unit 11.
Tuesday: Review Book 3, Week 1 words (in your child’s folder.) Read
the “Get Ready” story (“A Good Game for All") and the Main Selection” story
(“Kate's Game”) in your child’s folder. Sign indicating you have read these
with your child. Review Book3, Week 1 words. Complete Grammar page.
Wednesday: Read phonics stories, complete the suggested reading activity,
and sign indicating your child read these to you. Review all of Book 2’s
words.
Thursday: Complete math sheet. Review Book 1’s words.
** Over the holidays review any unknown words and read a story or two.
Reminder – Your child can read the actual story from the “eBook” online.
