My name is Cheryl Petty. I am starting my eleventh year of teaching first
grade at Bonne Ecole. I have taught every grade from three year olds
to fourth grade, but this is my favorite! I am married to a wonderful man,
have three children and two adorable grandsons. My son graduated from LSU
and is working for Chevron. This November he is marring a Bonne Ecole
teacher, Miss Flaniken from Kindergarten. We have a lot of exciting events
to look forward to this fall. One daughter is an HR trainer for a company in
Lacrosse,Wisconsin and lives in Caledonia, Minnesota with the two precious
grandsons. My other daughter has recently decided to go back to college and
is working at a hospital in Baton Rouge. She has joined the Baton Rouge
Roller Derby as a referee. I am so proud of all three of them.
