Encourage your child to read every day for at least 30 minutes.
Please check over your child’s homework and let me know if he/she struggled
with the content.
Please continue to practice multiplication and division facts every day.

A Big, Big, Big Thank You to all the parents, grandparents, aunts, and
friends that attended our play Friday! What a wonderful turnout!
A special thank you to Mrs. Blackburn who helped us with costumes and
provided us with an awesome snack “Ants on a log”.

Spelling- Words with /ch/. Pretest Monday and Posttest Friday. (Homework-
spelling choice).
Reading- Wolf! Read for comprehension daily -Test Friday
Language- Common and proper nouns- Test Friday
Writing- describing your school
Math- Measurement- inches and feet –Test Friday
Social Studies- Chapter 8- Please review vocabulary every day. We will do
chapter 8 again since we were not able to complete the chapter last week!
Parents,
I am seeing a decrease in students completing homework. Please write a note
in your child’s communication notebook if he/she can not complete the
homework.
If not, students will have to use their free time at recess to make-up their
missed work!
