My name is Sandi Silbernagel. This is my fourth year of teaching. I have
taught 1st grade at Bayou Woods Elementary and third grade at Bonne
Ecole. It has always been my dream to teach at Bonne Ecole. I was a
student at BEE many years ago. My third grade teacher (Ms. Drago)
inspired me to be a teacher. I am fortunate enough to teach next door to
Ms. Drago at BEE.
My passion is educating children through a hands-on approach and guided
discovery! I enjoy teaching using "Learning Stations" which allows students
to educate each other!
A little bit about me... I was born and raised in Slidell. I attended Bonne
Ecole, St. Margaret Mary, Slidell High (Class of 01!) and Southeastern LA
University (Class of 05!) I married my high-school sweet heart, Dustin. We
have an amazing two year old son, Carter and a beautiful 3 month old son,
Cohen!
This is going to be an Awesome Year! We are going to have so much fun
together!
